The company’s activity was commenced on 12 June 1926 when the first Lithuanian radio sounds were broadcast from Kaunas radio station.

In 2001, in addition to radio and television programme transmission, the company started providing data transmission services by using different types of wireless technology.
2009
First operator in Lithuania to lauch 4G Internet wireless broadband services (under MEZON brand).
2012
Transition from analogue to digital terrestrial television in Lithuania has been completed.
2016
First in Lithuania and one of the first Europe to launch internet protocol television (IPTV) over LTE network.
2020
In 2020 retail internet and data transmission services provided under MEZON brand were sold to local mobile operator Bite.
