Security Operations Center (SOC)

Service

Security Operations Center (SOC)

The IT infrastructure of a modern organization generates anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand log entries every minute.

Log entries (“logs”) – automatically generated records from various devices (e.g., servers, card readers) that record what happened in the system, when, and where (e.g., an unsuccessful password attempt). Proper analysis of these logs enables the timely detection of threats, the prevention of incidents, and the assurance of data security.

Due to the high volume of data, manual analysis becomes impossible; therefore, monitoring and analyzing log entries requires specialized solutions, such as a Security Operations Center (SOC).

Service Level Agreement (SLA):

The SOC service is available 9/5 or 24/7. Report a critical incident within 15 minutes. Response to high-level incidents – within 1 hour. Submission of monthly reports – by the 5th of each month.
