Annual results 2025: one of the most successful year in company’s history

press release

Telecentras audited 2025 results describe a profitable year, with 17.2 million euros in revenue, 2.7 million euros in profit, and 2.2 million euros in planned dividends for the Lithuanian state.  The company also reports continued expansion of data-center, information-technology, and artificial-intelligence infrastructure.

  • Revenue Growth Areas: Data-center and information-technology services generated the fastest revenue growth, increasing by 69.5 percent. Cloud customers grew by 17.2 percent, rented server racks increased 3.5 times, and Vilnius TV Tower entertainment revenue rose 11 percent as visitor numbers increased.
  • Profitability Improved: Operating expenses excluding depreciation and amortization fell 22.5 percent to 10.1 million euros, largely because previously established provisions related to litigation risks were reversed. EBITDA rose 60.9 percent to 7.234 million euros, while net profit increased 2.2 times to 2.741 million euros.
  • Infrastructure Expansion: Telecentro completed two of four planned modern state data centers, expanded its cybersecurity and information-security services, and reported that state data-center occupancy exceeded 70 percent. A memorandum signed in October 2025 established the national artificial-intelligence development center LitAI, with a total project scope of 130 million euros and a 27 million euro Telecentro contribution.

CEO Remigijus Šeris comment:
– In 2025, Telecentras operated steadily and profitably. In terms of earned profit, last year is considered one of the most successful in the company’s history.

In 2025, we continued projects and work focused on the most important strategic direction – significantly expanding the IT services portion, especially those related to state information resources. In pursuing this strategy, the Company completed the construction of 2 modern state data centers (out of 4 planned) in 2025, assembled a team of competent IT specialists, and expanded the range of cyber-information security services provided.

The progress made speaks for itself: the occupancy of state data centers has already exceeded 70%, and the volume of IT service users is also growing rapidly. Most importantly, the groundwork achieved allows us to expand into a completely new field of infrastructure dedicated to artificial intelligence systems, actively engaging in creating and developing the artificial intelligence ecosystem in Lithuania and Europe. In October 2025, a memorandum was signed to establish the national artificial intelligence (AI) development center “LitAI.” The total project scope is 130 million EUR, while Telelecentras’s share in this project is 27 million EUR.
